Refund Policy

We email and provide all customers with Canada Post tracking information for their orders when their order is shipped. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, so should you not receive a tracking number for your order, please notify us and we will promptly provide you with this information. It is our customer's responsibility to monitor the status of their shipment and order. Customers must opt in for the Signature Required if there is any risk of loss or theft upon delivery or if the customer is not present to receive the package physically at the time of delivery.

If a shipment is lost, stolen or goes missing somehow, 143THC will notify you and at our discretion may offer the option for a 1 time reshipment (but only up to a purchase value of no more than $100). Such offer is valid once for each patient. There are no exceptions to this refund policy. If you are ordering more than $100 worth of product and are concerned with the potential loss or theft during delivery, please consider placing and dividing up your order into smaller quantities and in separate shipments. A patient will only qualify for a refund if the medication wasn’t received in full, and 7 or more business days of the delivery date our delivery service provider quoted has elapsed. 143THC will thoroughly review a refund case before issuing any refund. Such claims and cases may take up to 7-10 business days to process
